Enterprise Architect Job Description
Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be the key figure in our digital transformation strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to define clear directions to enable Digital Transformation taking into account the current AS IS situation and the future state TO BE architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
* Create reference architectures focused on dependencies between business and IT.
* Provide necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to supporting the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
* Understand business drivers and capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
* Lead analysis of the business' future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the business forward taking into account Time-to-Market, future-proof technologies, and maintainability.
* Present gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms.
* Facilitate the evaluation and selection of standard software products, solutions, and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
• Strong Enterprise Architecture skills with the ability to balance the long-term ('big picture') and short-term implications of individual decisions and organization goals.
• Organizationally savvy, understanding of the political climate of the enterprise, and knowing how to navigate obstacles and politics.
• Confident at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical, mediating between people, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to build a consensus.
• Stress-resistant with good persuasiveness skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
Nice-To-Haves:
• Knowledge of frontend Java, LowCode OutSystems, and API connectivity.
• Experience with setting out a roadmap to the cloud.
• Knowledge of Mainframe connectivity.
• Experience with best practices around Salesforce (CRM/MARKETING TOOL).
