Key Responsibilities

Assist the internal operations lead with administrative coordination

Ensure smooth follow-up of customer services, sales administration, and service processes
*
Support preparation of quotes, orders, invoicing and public tenders
*
Identify opportunities to automate day-to-day tasks
*
Help map and improve business work flows and procedures
*
Act as a liaison between various departments for operational alignment
Your Profile
*
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a coordination or support role
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
*
Fluent in Dutch and French; solid working knowledge of English
*
Proficient with digital tools and advanced Excel; ERP experience is a plus (e.g., SAP)
*
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks independently
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player mindset
