1. Mission & tasks to execute - Mission context : We are looking for an experienced Project manager with Technical knowledge in Telco BSS, proven experience in IT delivery with several external vendors of big size projects. - Main Tasks to execute : - Organize the different meeting with all stakeholders (IT, Suppliers, Business) according to the process in place - Identify the Project Risks and act accordingly to reduce and/or mitigate them. - Follow the quality of the operations, support the change management in the operations and drive improvement plans - Follow the technical implementation until the MTP, including the testing phase, and take all needed actions to ensure the delivery on time, on budget and on quality - Coordinate all hereabove tasks and communicate about their status on ad hoc platform following the process in place - Follow the project budget in order to keep it in the limit of the validated budget 2. Profile Experience: - University Degree, with at least 10 years’ experience - Proven experience in IT Project management in the Telco environment - Previous experience in IT roles - Experience in Partners management for the deliver Knowledge: - Has a knowledge of the systems used (Telco BSS). - Technical expertise in (either): o Telco Billing systems o Telco Order management systems o System integration : API (Web Service), system connectivity, security, Skills: - Able to understand business requirements, liaise with the business to propose to most suitable solution answering his/her needs - Able to build and follow a project plan - Able to manage the delivery of IT projects with several partners, including off- shore partners - Understanding of IT operations activities Attitudes: - Organized - Very good communication skills - Assertive - Autonomous - Leadership - Interact with Senior management (Directors) Languages: - FR - EN
