About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Partnership Development Manager. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new partners to increase our market share.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The job requires a hunter spirit, analytical skills, and a high level of autonomy.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess business knowledge and curiosity, fluency in English, and interest in IT and software. A business degree and prior experience in sales or IT are also desirable. Additionally, you should have a hunting spirit, proactivity, and convincing communication skills.

How Does it Work in Sales?

Our Sales department is divided into two parts: Direct & Indirect Sales. In Direct Sales, we work directly with SMEs. In Indirect Sales, we collaborate with resellers. Depending on your style, there are opportunities to develop as a Hunter, Business Advisor & Partner Development, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or even Partner Manager.

You'll receive leads coming from marketing channels, allowing you to focus on building relationships and finding solutions for our clients' pain points. With a global pipeline of opportunities, you'll engage with CTOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers, making a real impact on the company's growth.
