What you will do
* Provide 1st/2nd level IT support
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & printers
* Support Windows, MS Office, Cisco Jabber & basic Mac OS
* Maintain tickets & collaborate with vendors
* Perform hardware repairs & upgrades
What we are looking for
* Valid work permit in brussels
* 1-2 year of IT Support experience preferred
