As part of a major digital workplace transformation program within a leading financial institution, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Architect to support the evolution of a secure, scalable, and modern workplace ecosystem in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and design Digital Workplace architecture aligned with security and compliance standards
* Elaborate infrastructure and application designs for modern workplace environments
* Prepare architectural diagrams and technical documentation
* Contribute to the Digital Workplace roadmap and cloud-first strategy
* Support the implementation of technologies such as Cloud PC, Modern Workplace, endpoint management, and collaboration solutions
* Ensure alignment with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and vendor teams
* Provide architectural governance and technical guidance to implementation teams
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the workplace ecosystem
* Participate in migration and modernization projects toward cloud-based workplace solutions
Requirements
Your Profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Digital Workplace environments
* Strong experience as a Digital Workplace Architect or similar role
* Proven expertise with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot)
* Strong knowledge of Azure technologies (Entra ID, AVD, W365, Intune, Conditional Access, Hybrid environments)
* Experience with endpoint security, Zero Trust, and passwordless authentication approaches
* Good understanding of networking concepts (VPN, VLAN, NAC, endpoints, zoning, etc.)
* Experience writing architectural and technical documentation
* Knowledge of automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell
* Ability to work closely with business, security, and technical teams
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and facilitation abilities
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Nice to Have:
* Experience in highly regulated or high-security environments (Finance, Banking, Insurance, etc.)
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts
* Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) solutions
* Previous experience in cloud migration or workplace modernization programs
* Strong adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
