Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium. You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with our Business Services team, HR Business Partners, and client-facing teams. Your responsibilities will include: You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process within the Business Services Agency. Focuses on the following Business Support profiles: Compliance Analysts (KYC & AML) Administrative Officers Customer Service Officers Commercial Officers The recruitment process includes: publication of vacancies, CV screening, 1st interview, feedback to candidates, assessments, contract negotiations and onboarding. Sourcing proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking. Presenting clear and detailed candidate reports, tailored to meet our clients' consultancy needs. Taking part in employer branding and process improvement initiatives when relevant. You develop into the expert when it comes to our target groups and know how to provide the business with trends, market information and other data within the target groups to be recruited.
