2. Coordinate Balanced Scorecard target setting and follow-up with senior management
3. Lead regular market business reviews and local business workshops with executive management
4. Support budget processes and meetings between CEO/CFO and headquarters
5. Drive robust corporate governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance governance standards across the organization
What should you bring along?
7. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field;
8. 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar areas;
9. Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools;
10. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior executives;
11. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
12. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities;
13. Proficiency in project and change management, with a strategic mindset and growth orientation.
