️ Your role as a Financial Analyst ConsultantYou will intervene on on-site client missions in various sectors (industry, services, energy, retail, etc.) and contribute to strengthening financial performance and governance.
Depending on your experience and client needs, you may be involved in:
Financial & Operational ControllingBudget monitoring and variance analysisForecasting and financial planningMonthly and yearly closingsP&L and margin analysisDevelopment and follow-up of financial KPIsCash-flow monitoring and working capital analysisBackground in financial audits is a plus
Accounting & Finance Process ImprovementSupport in Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processesContribution to accounting optimization and transactional process improvementsAP/AR follow-up and reconciliationVAT and invoicing controlsBalance sheet analysis and reconciliationParticipation in ERP implementation or finance transformation projects (a plus)
Corporate Finance & Treasury (depending on mission)Treasury reporting and cash managementFinancial risk exposure analysisInteraction with banking partners and financial stakeholdersParticipation in financing or refinancing projectsExposure to M&A or investment analysis is an assetBasic hedging mechanisms (nice to have)
About You and Your SkillsetTo ensure a strong fit with our consulting environment, we are looking for candidates who:
Hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Financial Engineering or similarHave 1 to 5 years of experience in:Audit (Big 4 or similar),Financial controlling,Corporate finance,Banking, investment or financial advisoryAre fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset in the Belgian market)Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with Excel (Power BI or ERP knowledge is a plus)Are able to quickly adapt to new environments and stakeholdersDemonstrate autonomy, structure, and a proactive mindsetWant to evolve in a consulting environment with exposure to multiple industries
This role is not purely accounting-oriented. We are looking for profiles who want exposure to financial analysis, controlling, and transformation projects in a consulting context.
