MBR Modeller PAS‑X (Junior & Senior Levels)
Location: On‑site 4 days per week Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Language: Dutch required
Role Overview
We are seeking Dutch‑speaking MBR Modellers with experience in Pharma and PAS‑X to support ongoing MES initiatives. This combined role profile covers both Junior (1–2 years) and Senior (5–7 years) levels. You will be responsible for translating pharmaceutical manufacturing processes into compliant, efficient Master Batch Records (MBRs) within PAS‑X, ensuring alignment with GMP and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Model, configure, and maintain MBRs in PAS‑X based on process and GMP guidelines.
* Translate manufacturing workflows (e.g., weighing, dispensing, filling, packaging) into structured electronic batch records.
* Collaborate with production, QA, validation, and IT teams.
* Support testing activities (FAT/SAT, UAT) and contribute to GxP‑compliant documentation.
* Identify opportunities for standardisation, optimisation, and template creation within PAS‑X.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Profiles
* Lead workshops with business and process owners.
* Review and validate MBR designs created by junior team members.
* Define best practices, standards, and reusable templates.
* Act as a subject‑matter expert during audits, upgrades, or system rollouts.
Profile Requirements
Junior MBR Modeller (1–2 years)
* 1–2 years of experience with PAS‑X or another MES in a pharma/biotech environment.
* Basic understanding of GMP/GxP and manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with MBR configuration or EBR workflows.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with configurable systems.
Senior MBR Modeller (5–7 years)
* 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with PAS‑X, specifically in MBR design.
* Deep knowledge of GMP, GxP, CSV, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
* Proven ability to lead MBR design from requirements through to go‑live.
* Experience with standardisation, templating, and library concepts.
