Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception-Reservations Manager at Neptuno Hotel & Spa in Calella. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk and reservations department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient booking processes.
Qualifications
* Reservations and Customer Service skills
* Effective Communication and Sales abilities
* Training experience in the hospitality industry
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience with hotel management software is a plus
* Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
