* Take responsibility for the sales range and promote commercial IKEA priorities
* Making quick decisions based on customer feedback
* Stay well-informed about the local commercial environment
* Ensure the store looks attractive and inviting
* Operational performance of your department

* Professional leadership experience and a passion for working with people
* Able to inspire coworkers to achieve common goals
* A real problem solver and decision maker in a rapidly changing retail environment
* Business-minded, results-oriented, and customer-focused
* Experience in sales and a good understanding of the local market
* Identify commercial opportunities and adapt work to remain aligned
* Continuous challenge of the team and self to exceed customer expectations and optimize ways of working

* Speak and write one of the store's regional languages and English
* Understand the commercial importance of working on a Saturday
