We are currently looking for a Functional/Business Analyst to join a leading company in the energy sector, based in Brussels.
Your role:
As a Functional/Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to support the evolution of critical business applications.
Your responsibilities:
* Analyze and understand business processes related to commercial operations and/or planning activities.
* Gather, clarify, and formalize requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
* Model processes and solutions (UML diagrams).
* Collaborate with developers, testers, Product Owners, and other analysts.
* Ensure smooth communication between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
* Product-oriented organization.
Your profile:
* Mid-level experience as Functional or Business Analyst.
* Experience in complex environments is a strong asset.
