Our client, a service firm leader on its market, is currently looking for a motivated and polyvalent Junior Office Manager & Administrative Assistant. Do you like being in a very central role and acting as the first point of contact while performing miscellaneous clerical duties? Then don't hesitate to apply now! The company is in the Centre of Brussels and is very accessible by public transport.
As Junior Office Manager & Administrative Assistant, you will perform the following tasks:
- Coordinating the daily operations and the running of the office: ordering office supplies, assuring quality office, liaising with the building concierge, the suppliers and stakeholders and working closely with the head office (for facilities, IT and finance services)
- Meet and greet all visitors and manage all incoming phone calls appropriately
- Assisting the business with administrative duties: handling projects where necessary, preparing documentations and presentations, assisting with correspondence and meetings coordination, handling travels arrangements, expense notes, etc.
Profil
The ideal profile of the Junior Office Manager & Administrative Assistant:
- You have a first similar experience in a service company, ideally in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
- You have a very good English knowledge with a good French, both written and spoken
- You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- You are able to multitask, prioritize demands and take initiatives
- You are self-motivated and service-oriented; you have a problem-solving mentality, adaptability, flexibility.
