Our client is a global engineering giant, specializing in process technology, machinery, and components for the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. It includes machinery and plants as well as advanced process technology, components and comprehensive services.
We are looking for a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our Pharma Solids Technology Management team. In this contract role, you will work on the mechanical development of feasibility modules and early-stage prototypes, supporting innovation and new equipment solutions within our Pharma Solids roadmap.
If you are creative, hands-on, and passionate about mechanical design and complex equipment development, this role is for you.
Develop and propose concepts for mechanical prototypes and feasibility test units.
Support prototype assembly and participate in testing activities.
Follow quality policies and support continuous improvement.
Support environmental objectives (waste sorting, energy efficiency, responsible resource use) in alignment with ESG principles.
MSc degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
~Strong knowledge of machine construction and process-related engineering.
~ Hands-on experience with 3D modeling tools (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, Siemens NX).
~ Creative, quality-driven, and motivated by technical challenges.
~ Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken, written). French is a plus.
