Description of the project
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Front Office team, which supports the Key Account Managers in quickly responding to customer needs, questions, or complaints, and in initiating improvement projects.
The main tasks of the Front Office include:
Updating connection contracts:
Supporting the Key Account Manager in drafting, updating, or transferring connection contracts.
Connection requests and technical analyses :
Supporting the Key Account Manager in following up on connection requests, ensuring that the technical requirements applicable to each connection are met.
Technical analyses on incidents, power quality, load management, etc.:
Managing inquiries and complaints: assisting the Key Account Manager and taking the necessary actions to provide customers with the fastest and most appropriate response (advice, information, action, etc.).
Customer data management :
Ensuring that customer files are complete and accurate, by requesting any additional information if needed. Recording this information in the correct systems and forwarding it to the relevant departments.
Improving, defining, and digitalizing processes and data :
Based on your experience, identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements to optimize processes, products, services, and tools, and supporting their implementation until they are fully operational.
Additional Requirements
You hold a degree in industrial, civil, or commercial engineering.
You have 0–3 years of experience.
You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other national language and English.
You have a strong sense of responsibility, can work independently, and have good organizational skills
