You will be responsible for driving Jaga's commercial expansion in export markets. You combine sales drive with technical insight, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring successful project follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new markets: actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions.
* Grow partnerships: expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
* Promote innovation: introduce Jaga's advanced cooling and climate solutions in markets where these technologies are not yet well known.
* Close deals: manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
* Coordinate internally: work closely with engineering, logistics, and production to ensure successful delivery.
* Represent Jaga abroad: attend international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits (approx. 50% travel).
Who we are looking for
* A senior professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in a technical or construction-related industry.
* Strong technical affinity (HVAC knowledge is a plus) and the ability to translate technology into customer value.
* Proven experience in export markets and building distribution networks.
* Fluent in English (other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Eastern European languages are a plus).
* Entrepreneurial and highly motivated / Sales driven person, with a hunter mentality and a focus on building new business.
* Independent, but a team player who thrives in a small, driven, international team.
