Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on client projects, working on-site and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives and scope, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and all stakeholders’ interests are satisfied.
* Work within an Agile Scrum Tribe, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment focused on delivery, security, and collaboration.
* Coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with IT Tribe leads.
* Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams.
* Identify and remove impediments to project progress.
* Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
* Collaborate with various teams and ensure effective communication and reporting.
* Communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
* Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
* Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
* Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
* Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions is preferable.
* Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
* Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.
* Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
* Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
