What will you be doing as a digital project manager / product owner?
You’ll take on lots of responsibilities in this dual role of PM / PO:
4. As a project manager you’ll monitor your projects – are they still on track in terms of scope, budget, resources and timing? Rather than managing your projects in a spreadsheet, you’ll take a hands-on and agile approach.
5. As a product owner there’s no hiding behind the scenes: you’ll be the face of the project from start to finish. You’ll stay close to both your team and your customer, who’ll appreciate your physical presence.
6. Consider yourself a ‘VIPO’: a Very Important Product Owner, a linchpin in the creation and follow-up of the product backlog .
7. As you understand the many different facets of the project, you’ll bridge the gap with technical consultants (on a conceptual level) and guide them to make sure the solution fits like a glove.
8. You’ll build a valuable partnership with the customer, who’ll use you as a sounding board and source of inspiration for their digital marketing projects.

The cool thing about being part of a globally recognized consultancy is that we can offer our digital marketing services to international customers as well. So, your work as a Digital PM / PO can take you to local customers like Standaard Boekhandel and Niko, but it might just as well take you abroad to big international companies such as Ansell or Netafim.
