Sales Support Specialist
The Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retail Channel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide product knowledge and support to Consumer Electronics and Hearing Care teams. You will work closely with Key Account Managers in Benelux and France to ensure product data accuracy, coordinate product launches, and provide training and marketing support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist sales staff with administrative tasks and information requests.
* Coordinate local, regional, and national events and trade shows.
* Support the marketing team in their efforts.
* Manage programs such as the Sennheiser Distribution System (SDS).
* Maintain CRM data for internal and external customers.
* Optimize sales processes with key customers.
* Provide tools and support for promotional activities.
* Contribute to forecasting.
* Interact with the global sales team.
* Possibility to travel abroad for sales events (approximately 5% of time per year).
Your Profile:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in sales administration or marketing is preferred.
* Junior profile with eagerness to learn and grow is also welcome.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM software, and JD Edwards.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
* Interest in audio technology and strong sales orientation.
