About the Role
A Customer Service Intern is required to support our team in various missions. You will be a point of contact for customers, sales, and internal departments regarding orders and shipment follow-ups. Your role involves finding solutions, processing daily business, and creating new international connections to enhance client and logistics relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service team in diverse tasks
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication
- Analyze performance and help prepare reports
- Prepare presentations for customer meetings
- Participate in ongoing projects
Requirements
- Pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree (logistics background is an asset)
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus
- Ability to work fluently with MS Office package
