Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee the relocation of staff and IT equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments, including IT, facilities, to ensure smooth transitions and address any concerns.
* Logistics Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
* Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of IT equipment and services.
* Compliance: Ensure all moves comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including data security and health and safety standards.
* Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the relocation process.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in managing relocations or similar projects.
* Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
