About this opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our Life Science Division. In this role, you will develop and expand relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, drive business growth, and support customers through product selection, validation, and adoption processes. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to make a real impact in life sciences.
What you will do
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships while driving account growth and product adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key Life Science accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, monitoring account health and coordinating internal resources to meet customer requirements.
3. Guide customers through product validation and regulatory requirements, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams (R&D, quality, technical support) to resolve challenges.
4. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing agreements.
5. Gather customer feedback, conduct regular business reviews, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements tailored to pharmaceutical and biotech applications.

We are looking for a professional with a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and enjoy translating technical expertise into commercial value for Life Science businesses.To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
6. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
7. 5-8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, preferably with exposure to pharma packaging, drug delivery systems, or containment solutions.
8. Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or account management with strategic/global Life Science accounts.
9. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 15378, cGMP), and validation processes.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and French, with the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels.
