We are actively looking for Medior Functional Analyst (min. 5 years experience) to join a dynamic team that values public service innovation and collaborates effectively with diverse user groups.
Perform functional analysis to detect and define user needs;
Translate the business analyses into functional analyses for the ICT teams. Participate in the analysis of existing and/or new projects;
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers on the preparation of IT projects;
Testing and evaluating the results of the IT applications and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the organization;
Working with the architect, developers and testers, draw up the plan for implementing, creating and adapting the applications required by the customer;
Build technical documentation as guidance for the development team (developers and testers).
Have a good knowledge of Business Process Modelling and of functional analysis;
methodology and precipitation of the description): Functional Architecture, Use Cases, Data Model, Functional Requirements;
Have at least a basic understanding of testing methodologies and development through Agile;
Have experience leading workshops and supporting management of an MVP;
Very good knowledge of French/Dutch with a good level in English;
