Job Description
As a Lead Business Innovation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving artificial intelligence initiatives from inspiration to completion. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Review proposals and analyze markets to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
* Organize meetings to gain a clear understanding of clients' needs, activities, and long-term objectives.
* Present solutions and proposals in a concise and convincing way, ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction.
* Analyze and interpret clients' goals, developing insightful, structured, and easily digestible analyses for our AI teams.
* Establish and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on AI and business improvement.
* Enhance internal Sales efforts to contribute to sustainable growth and operational excellence by monitoring trends in AI business applications, market analysis, and the competitive landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another related field.
* The ability to break down complex problems and develop structured, actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and add value to projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Analytical thinking - curious and eager to understand how things work beneath the surface.
* Collaborative with different types of people, while also feeling confident in defending your own perspective and values.
* Pragmatic, organized, and flexible at work. Able to handle your own tasks, but also know when and how to ask for help or additional information when needed.
* Detail-oriented and always striving for excellence.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
Additional Assets
Experience in business and/or consulting, with a focus on IT and digital/AI transformation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with change management strategies and hands-on experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and market research is also beneficial.
Previous experience with AI-based projects and the implementation of AI technologies in business contexts is an added advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools such as Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, and automation is considered a significant asset.
