We are launching a key project aimed at supporting entrepreneurs facing financial or administrative distress. We are developing a smart, AI-powered tool and network of trained first-line advisors to ensure every entrepreneur can get the right answers, guidance, and access to help, before it's too late.
To bring this to life, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Product Lead with strong project ownership, a structured approach, and a heart for social impact.
Your Role
You will lead the development and go-to-market of a new AI-driven tool for first-line entrepreneur support and build a powerful network of trained advisors. This hybrid role blends product development, project leadership, and strategic coordination, in close collaboration with our internal teams and external partners. it will require an agile way of working.
This is a permanent contract based in Brussels (hybrid model).
Your Responsibilities
* 1. Product Development & Management
Lead the definition, development and launch of an AI-based support tool for entrepreneurs
Draft the technical scope, oversee the RFP process and interact with future users and stakeholders
Coordinate the selection of external providers or alternative build strategies
Feed the platform with relevant and accurate content ("knowledge base") in partnership with our experts
Monitor and interpret user needs to guide long-term product evolution and optimization
* 2. Engagement Strategy & Training Pipeline
Build and manage the roadmap to train two cohorts of experts to make best use of the platform
Collaborate in the development and oversee the training content with our internal teams at Pulse Foundation related to the use of the platform
* 3. Go-to-Market & Impact Coordination
Define how the tool and network of experts will be deployed across Belgium in collaboration with local authorities and partners
Ensure alignment with Pulse’s mission, values, and field realities
Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and external stakeholders to ensure visibility and uptake
Draft and launch communication strategies to final user markets
Your Profile
Professional Experience
* 4 years+ of proven experience in product management, project ownership, or innovation/tech for good
* Experience working in or with tech teams, now seeking more purpose-driven impact
* Strong understanding of AI tools and how to coordinate tech builds (you don’t need to code, but you speak the language of a developer)
Skills and Competencies
* Structured thinker, hands-on doer: You can go from high-level vision to operational execution
* Strong communicator and facilitator, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Comfortable managing training design, coordinating freelancers/suppliers, and working on parallel workstreams
* French fluency is essential; English proficiency required; Dutch is a plus
