Mission
Lead the Maintenance & Reliability team responsible for the complete operational asset management of API and drug-product-intermediate manufacturing plants. Drive breakthrough improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of all production equipment and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Coach a multidisciplinary team (maintenance, automation, reliability) to deliver flawless reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
• Own the Assets – identify improvement projects, optimize maintenance strategies, and secure critical spare-parts availability.
• Partner with Customers in Commercial Manufacturing Supply (Operations, Engineering, Planning) to align short- and long-term priorities.
• Drive Digital Innovation – deploy continuous sensor technologies, build online reliability dashboards, and champion data-driven maintenance.
• Promote “Technical Qualitative Ownership” culture across the organization.
Profile
Must-Have
• 7–10 years’ progressive experience in asset management, maintenance, or reliability within pharmaceutical, chemical, or similarly regulated manufacturing.
• Proven people-leadership: coaching diverse technical teams to high performance.
• Strong communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical degree (Engineering or Science) or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving reliability improvements and digital transformation projects.
• Fluent in English & Dutch.
Preferred
• CMRP or CRE certification.
• Experience with cGMP, FDA, EMA regulations.
• Background in predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, IoT sensors).
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
