Do you want to help shape the airport of today and tomorrow?Stop dreaming and join our team!To strengthen our Passenger Aviation department, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Compliance & Safety).As a Senior Product Manager – Operational Compliance & Safety within the Airport ICT department, you manage all ICT products within the domain of Operational Compliance and Safety. You are responsible for the entire product lifecycle (Think, design, build, run) from strategic change to operational run, working closely with your internal clients (Fire Brigade, Security, Safety, Contingency…), team, ICT partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the functionality of your products and applications, aiming to optimize airport operations, service delivery, and BAC’s commercial results.The Airport ICT department encompasses all ICT services necessary to keep the airport running. Specifically, Operational Compliance & Safety supports ICT systems that ensure legal compliance and keep the airport operational, such as Fire Brigade, Inspection, Security, Compliance, etc.The products you support include incident registration, findings, audit results, and also systems for alerting and mobilizing the correct teams in case of emergencies.What you will achieve with us:Continuous improvement of IT Operations Compliance & Safety: managing ICT services of the products and related toolsManage operations based on Service Level Agreements and the product lifecycle (CMO, Abiware, FrontForce, etc.) respecting established structures and release cycle rules.Manage the full budget for the product operations.Build and maintain client relationships, respecting clear agreements.Monitor and follow up on the services of your suppliers.Follow external market changes and internal developments to identify improvement opportunities for operations.Implementing change/strategyBased on customer needs, your product knowledge, market insights, and BAC architecture, provide input for the Service Manager’s roadmap as a key stakeholder. Develop business cases for your products and underlying solutions.Implement the vision and roadmap by setting up, delegating, and monitoring projects for your products, considering ICT architecture and engaging relevant stakeholders.Motivate, direct, and lead teams with diverse profiles across different levels and departments within and outside the organization.Actively promote knowledge sharing within your team related to your product and business domain.Guide user groups of your product, involving representatives from various business units or companies.What sets you apart:You hold a master’s degree or equivalent through experience.You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record.Experience in industrial sectors with a strong customer service focus is a plus.You possess strong project, program, and product management skills.You are customer-oriented and work well both in a team and independently.You have experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, both technically and conceptually.You can persuade through diplomacy and negotiation skills.You have organizational talent and are results-driven and analytical.You have experience in people management.You communicate fluently in English, French, or Dutch.Does your heart beat faster at this?At Brussels Airport, you work in a unique world full of new opportunities and exciting challenges.
