We are seeking a Global Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our software portfolio within Agfa Radiology Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS, automation and pricing strategies. As the bridge between market needs, R&D, and commercial teams, you will ensure our software solutions deliver value to customers while supporting business growth.

What You'll Do:

2. Define and execute the global product strategy for a segment of our software portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
3. Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to commercialization and phase-out strategies.
4. Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for innovation.
5. Work closely with R&D and application teams to define product requirements, roadmap, and feature development, ensuring customer needs are met.
6. Develop and manage pricing strategies, considering market dynamics, customer value, and revenue growth potential.
7. Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to support product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
8. Oversee the business case development for new product initiatives, including financial analysis and investment justification.
9. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and continuously improving product performance and user experience.
10. Lead cross-functional teams in project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of product development and commercialization plans.
11. Stay updated on healthcare IT trends, SaaS innovations, AI-driven automation, and regulatory changes to drive future product developments.

Who You Are:

12. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related field.
13. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B healthcare software, SaaS, or automation solutions.
14. Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, AI-powered automation, or healthcare software ecosystems is a plus.
15. Experience in pricing strategy, business case development, and market analysis.
16. Proven ability to manage complex software development projects and work cross-functionally in a global environment.
17. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration with R&D teams.
18. Experience working in a highly regulated healthcare environment is an advantage.
19. Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
20. Technical understanding of SaaS, automation, and healthcare software solutions.
21. Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
22. Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
23. Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different functions and regions.
24. Collaboration and leadership in a matrixed, global organization.
