Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Data and Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, developing tools, and analyzing indicators to support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze needs, write specifications, and create tools/applications/website;
* Monitor project progress, prioritize actions in an agile approach;
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical and business teams;
* Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies (AI, Sales prediction, …)
Master Data
* Ensure the integrity and quality of the data used in our tools and ERP;
* Work closely with various company's departments, as well as our suppliers and customers, to collect the necessary data and ensure its accuracy;
* Checking, cleaning, and analyzing data. Updating data in our ERP and tools;
* Train team members in data management best practices;
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Define and structure key performance indicators in line with business challenges;
* Produce reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making;
* Analyze indicators and share results. Monitor, alert, and propose improvements;
* Implement Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
Technical Expectations
* You know one or more development languages (web/software development/BI);
* You are familiar with database concepts, ERP, and Business Intelligence;
* You have a good knowledge of Office 365 suite (outlook, teams, …) and an advanced Excel level.
