Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Integration Lead to join a major logistics sector project in Diegem. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating integration activities, solving complex technical issues, and ensuring the seamless flow of data and processes across systems in a dynamic architectural landscape. This is a hands-on lead role critical to the project's deployment, hypercare, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the central coordination point for all system integration, interface design, and data migration activities.
* Perform in-depth analysis of technical, functional, and data integrity issues, driving towards resolution.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors for problem-solving and project follow-up.
* Lead data preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support migration cut-over and deployment activities.
* Follow up on interface design within a changing architectural environment.
* Potentially take on Business Analysis tasks to document operational processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 4 years of medium to senior-level experience in IT, with a proven track record in a lead role involving integration and interfaces.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of integration technologies: MQ, APIs, messaging, JSON, XML.
* Solid experience in Business/Functional Analysis, technical design, defect analysis, and data analysis/migration.
* Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle (requirements to deployment & hypercare).
* Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with business teams, IT, and vendors to gather information and drive progress.
* Long-term dedicated mindset, committed to seeing the project through hypercare and initial post-launch phases.
* A problem-solver who is both analytical and action-oriented.
Assets (Strong Pluses):
* Experience in Logistics, Aviation, or Supply Chain domains.
* Practical experience with system migration, cut-over planning, and go-live preparation.
* Knowledge of BI reporting.
* Fluency in Dutch or French.
