About the job
As Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of a strategic retail portfolio, including Ahold Delhaize and Jumbo, and contribute directly to the company’s commercial performance.
Your responsibilities include:
6. Defining and executing customer strategies and commercial plans aligned with company objectives
7. Leading annual negotiations and developing long-term partnerships with key retailers
8. Working closely with Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to build strong promotional and category plans
9. Ensuring excellence in execution, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
10. Managing financial topics, including budget follow-up and cash management for your customers
11. Reporting directly to the Country Manager and contributing to strategic discussions
About the ideal candidate
12. Commercially driven, analytical and proactive mindset
13. to years’ experience managing top retail customers in Belgium
14. Solid background in FMCG
15. Fluent in Dutch and French (non-negotiable)
16. Hands-on attitude with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement
17. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
