Your Role: What You’ll Be DoingAs an Outbound Product Manager (Retail), you’ll be the driving force behind our product strategy in the South region (Portugal and Spain – later more markets may be added). From identifying market opportunities to launching new concepts, you’ll ensure our offerings resonate with customers and deliver real value.Develop and execute a compelling product strategy and growth roadmap for Spain and Portugal.Define the value proposition of new products and lead them through development until customer agreement.Collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, New Product Development and local factory teams to uncover customer needs and translate them into actionable development projects.Stay ahead of European market trends and actively scout for innovation.Lead the optimisation of existing products and the development of new ones, ensuring efficiency and high quality.Prepare persuasive presentations to win over customers and stakeholders.Work hand-in-hand with the Inbound Product Manager who manages the implementation of the market launch.Organise internal sales tastings to align teams and gather feedback.Report to the Marketing Manager and manage the marketing budget for your region.Your Profile: What You BringProven experience in a similar role, with strong customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration.Solid background in FMCG, with a genuine passion for food, tasting, and ready-made meals.Higher education in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint – you can turn complex ideas into clear, visually engaging presentations.Organised, analytical, and hands-on – you thrive in a dynamic environment.Excellent communicator, able to engage effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.Affinity with the Southern European market (Spain and Portugal), including retail and FMCG categories.Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.Holder of a valid EU work permit and based in Gent, Belgium.Driving licence required; willing to travel to Spain and Portugal, 4–5 days per month and to our production sites in Belgium.
