About this Role
The Head of Investor Solutions is a strategic leadership position with comprehensive responsibility for fund development, fundraising, and investor engagement at Incofin Investment Management. Positioned at the crossroads of product design, capital raising, and investor relations, this role is pivotal in defining the organization’s evolution and market standing. This position involves expanding and diversifying the investor base by creating compelling investment products and spearheading global fundraising initiatives. The role aligns investor needs with Incofin’s mission and values while maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring the firm remains a preferred impact investment partner. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Investor Solutions is an integral part of the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of fund and product development, including market opportunity identification and strategy definition.
Drive global fundraising and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors and other capital providers.
Act as senior ambassador articulating Incofin’s impact thesis and investment strategy.
Oversee investor engagement, managing requests and communications.
Shape Incofin’s marketing and communication strategies for investor-facing channels.
Enhance market visibility through events, partnerships, and media engagement.
Coach and develop team members, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Requirements
Strong track record in fundraising and asset management experience.
Substantial knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
International exposure and a well-established network in the investor community.
Relevant academic qualifications, typically at the master’s level in finance, economics, or business.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages like French, Dutch, or Spanish is beneficial.
