We are looking for a
Business Process Manager
who will drive this evolution at Pluxee BeLux by ensuring processes are visible, governed, streamlined, and aligned with our global process community.
Main responsibilities
As Business Process Manager, you will be part of the newly created Business Process Management team within Transformation & IT Governance.
Your responsibilities include:
Process governance & management
* Define and implement the BPM governance model (ownership, measurement, monitoring).
* Design and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
* Establish metrics and tools that demonstrate the value generated through improvements.
* Create, manage, and maintain process libraries with proper version control.
Analysis, optimization & documentation
* Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
* Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Document workflows to ensure clear communication across teams.
* Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of process changes.
Technology & automation
* Implement new tools and technologies to streamline processes.
* Support IT solutions, documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration between systems.
Architecture & collaboration
* Maintain and co-develop business layer artifacts with the architecture team (capability map, value chains, process catalog, data catalog…).
* Guide and support Business Analysts in process modeling and alignment with ArchiMate views.
* Train and support architecture colleagues on process viewpoints within solution architecture documents.
What we're looking for
Education & knowledge
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering, or Management.
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or similar methodologies.
* Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, UML, or other modeling languages.
* Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience
* Solid experience in process management or automation within complex organizations, typically built over 10+ years or equivalent proven expertise.
* Experience in digital transformation contexts is highly valued.
* Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives.
Skills
* Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Ability to effectively manage stakeholders from DevOps teams to C-level.
* Change management experience is a strong plus.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
* Good command of English and French; Dutch is a plus but not required.
Mobility
* Ability to travel approximately once a month to other European entities (e.g., Paris, Prague).
