About the Role

As a Customer Relations Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment.
You will stimulate turnover growth and contribute to long-term profitability by handling complaints efficiently and motivating customers to shop at IKEA more often.
Your strong leadership skills will enable you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
You will enjoy coaching a team to achieve targets and can act on feedback received from both customers and coworkers.
Your focus on customers will ensure that you always prioritize their needs and provide a positive shopping experience in our store.
Responsibilities

You will translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and implement various actions to contribute to the positioning of the IKEA store as a leader in interior design on the local market.
You are a born problem-solver: you listen to the customer and draw on your knowledge to offer solutions and make decisions in line with our IKEA Customer Relations policy.
You motivate, inspire, and engage your team to achieve the targets set and help them grow and develop as individuals.
You create trust in IKEA among our customers by guaranteeing a positive store experience before, during, and after their purchase.
You supervise the administrative processes that occur behind the scenes and ensure operational systems are up to standard.
You implement new ways of working in the constantly changing omnichannel world.
