* Maintain daily server operations, patches, storage, backups, and system uptime.
* Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user environment stability.
* Oversee backup systems, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
* Co-manage phone/fax systems with vendors.
* Report server health and risks to the IT Director.
* Monitor switches, routers, firewalls, and overall network stability/security.
* Troubleshoot issues with global IT and vendors.
* Support network equipment procurement, setup, and installation.
* Conduct security reviews and maintain VPN reliability.
* Provide hardware, software, mobile, printer, and network support.
* Monitor support channels and join the on‑call rotation.
* Support IT projects and advise the IT Director as needed.

* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
* 5-8 years corporate IT experience; 5+ years server/network admin
* Strong English
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft OS, Exchange, AD, networking, backups, security, endpoint tools, mobile devices, and helpdesk environments
