Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France (CEHDF) has started an ambitious development plan in the Benelux area : in 2014 in Belgium with the successful opening of a branch and in 2024, with the launch of a new branch in the Netherlands.
CEHDF is becoming the advanced coverage for BPCE/Natixis Group in the Benelux.
The CE Benelux Business Unit is made from:
1. CE Benelux Head of Department based in France but coming regularly in Brussels & Amsterdam offices
2. The Belgian branch, composed of a Commercial team operating over Belgium & Luxembourg (7 people, incl. manager + 2 VIE)
3. The Dutch branch, composed of a Commercial team operating over the Netherlands (3 people, incl. Manager + 1 VIE)
4. Benelux Banking Operations (Middle & Back-officer team of 4 people, incl. manager) supporting Belgian and Dutch commercial teams with strong relationship with CEHDF directions in Lille/Amiens
5. A local Compliance officer (1 people) supporting Belgian and Dutch commercial teams
6. The Benelux Development team based in France (Lille, headquarter of Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France) in charge of coordination and overall Benelux steering and projects
7. CEHDF directions (HR, Accounting, Risks,…) that are not part of the organisation but closely working with Benelux branches

In order to ensure CEHDF development over Benelux area, CE Benelux is looking for a
Benelux Banking Operation Agent
The team is based in Brussels and made of:
8. 1 Manager
9. 3 Banking operations Agents responsible for the Onboarding and follow-up of the BENELUX Clients (BE and NL branches) the Implementation and Management of Structured Credits (NL branch – BE branch in a near future)
10. Job roles and responsibilities
Benelux Banking Operations Agent contributes to CEHDF development in the Benelux and provide a precious support to bankers, both commercial, regulatory and technical. Best-in-class quality service and security of banking activities are the core of what you will provide to your client portfolio.
Your main tasks will be:
11. Onboarding and Follow-up of Clients
12. Initiate the onboarding of companies and update the data by collecting all documents required by the Bank in the dedicated systems (Mysys, F2B, Skaleet)
13. Manage the daily activity: open bank account, update customer’s files
14. Provide technical and commercial support within Benelux Department and on markets
15. Contribute to internal projects, systems evolution, internal control actions management and development, anti-money laundry controls and risks management on daily banking operations
16. Contribute to internal process evolution/adaptation needs and participate to involvement in new process implementation in collaboration with Benelux Development team.
17. Prepare the migration of BE Clients from the existing systems to Skaleet
18. Management of Structured Finance Operations
As Main Operational team in charge of the NL Credits activities,
19. Manage financing documentation as participant
20. Coordinate with financing operation Agent and/or banking pool lawyer (Review and validation of financings terms with CEHDF local lawyers, Benelux bankers and clients)
21. Validation of CP’s list before Sign Off
22. Implement the credit in the Operating System Loan IQ: Enforcement of loans and associated guarantees Management of client successive drawn and/or call for capital from agents Management of payment flows, integration of bookings in accounting, payment of fees during the whole credit lifecycle Monitoring of client contract commitments during loans lifecycle
23. Strength the knowledge to be able to manage upcoming bilateral credits
As future Main Operational team in charge of the new and existing BE credits activities (as from 2026)
24. Prepare the migration of BE Credits from the existing system to Loan IQ
Profil et compétences requises
Owner of a superior education degree or similar level of expertise acquired through professional recognized experience
25. Client-oriented mindset and flexibility to face any disruption or client issue without downgrading the quality of service
26. Willingness to develop skills related to client/account/credit topics and good overview of corporate banking products
27. Experience in structured financing operations. Knowledge of the system Loan IQ is a real plus.
28. Rigor, organization, proactivity and ability to navigate in a demanding environment with potential high activity volumes
29. Very good interpersonal skills and communication (oral, written and virtual)
30. Team spirit with autonomy and ability to share with co-workers
31. Open-minded, dynamic listener and creative to think out of the box
32. Languages: French, English, Dutch (minimum 2 on the 3)
