This isn't just capital deployment. It's a mission to build future-proof communities.THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for an Investment Manager who's ready to hit the ground running. You'll play a key role in sourcing and closing acquisitions for the Re-Store fund, from the first lead to the final signature and help lay the groundwork for future funds in the pipeline.This is a role for someone who combines sharp analytical instincts with strong market relationships, and who understands that every deal also carries societal weight.WHAT YOU WILL DO▸ Source and evaluate opportunitiesActively build your pipeline through networking, brokers, architects, online research and direct outreach. Assess feasibility - technical, legal, financial and commercial- and develop preliminary business plans with risk assessments.▸ Lead the acquisition process end to endSteer investment proposals through Revive Fund Management's Investment Committee. Manage due diligence processes covering technical, legal, tax and environmental risks, together with internal Revive experts.▸ Negotiate and closeLead negotiations with property owners, local authorities and stakeholders to secure deals on the right terms.▸ Manage and reportOversee the project pipeline from due diligence to closing. Report to Revive Fund management's decision-making bodies on deal progress and new prospecting opportunities.WHAT YOU BRING▸ Deep market knowledge and an established network in the targeted market▸ A proven track record as a deal maker, with strong negotiation and communication skills▸ Solid background in financial and market analysis, with understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape of real estate transactions▸ Experience with risk management, feasibility studies and business plan development▸ A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
