Ph3Position Overview /h3pSenior Project Engineer - Subsea Cable. This position sits within a cable package team and contributes to the engineering and implementation of offshore cable systems. The team is preparing for project execution and requires an enthusiastic and experienced engineer to join during this critical phase. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to the preparation and installation of HVAC offshore cable systems within a multidisciplinary environment under the framework of an EPCI contract. /liliEngage with and ensure proper follow-up of contractors and internal experts for project milestones and deliverables. /liliReview technical documentation and provide comprehensive comment sheets for project scope. /liliPro-actively report status and progress of assigned activities to relevant stakeholders. /liliSupport and oversee the execution phase, including follow-up of offshore activities and coordination with client representatives deployed offshore. /liliIndependently review engineering documentation and ensure adequate quality control over external parties' deliverables. /liliParticipate in technical meetings, site visits, and short business trips as required to contractors or suppliers. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliAt least 8 years of professional experience in the offshore cable industry, including direct involvement in cable lay, burial operations, and associated project works. /liliProven experience in landfall/beach cable pull-ins, cable installation on structures, preparatory offshore works (PLGR, boulder clearance, object removal, pre-sweeping, dredging), and various offshore construction activities (vessel and ROV operations). /liliStrong understanding of survey techniques, GIS software, and route engineering for subsea cable systems. /liliFluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and French is considered an asset. /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. /liliProficient in handling technical challenges and adapting quickly to learn new processes as required. /liliExcellent stakeholder management with clear and regular communication skills. /liliTeam-focused, with a proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. /liliAbility to operate effectively in an international project environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
