Our creative and strategic agency Serviceplan Belgium, part of our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work), is looking for a Dutch Copywriter / Concept Provider to join its team of around 120 employees and support the agency in serving clients such as: Argenta, ALDI, BMW, Mini, C&A, Decathlon, Abbott, Nikon, and many others. Key Responsibilities Craft engaging concepts and create compelling and original copy in Dutch for a variety of media channels, including digital, print, social media, radio scripts, articles, TV commercials, manifestos, activations, digital concepts, print materials, and more. Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and account managers to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Adapt messaging to suit different brands, target audiences, and tones of voice, while maintaining consistency and quality. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and storytelling. Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and advertising best practices in the Belgian market and beyond. Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements and Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant agency experience in creative copywriting and concept creation. Proficiency in presenting and defending your ideas with compelling arguments. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back after challenging feedback. Proactive mindset, taking the initiative for improvement and proposing solutions. Proficiency in relevant software for visualizing and sharing your ideas. All-round social media skills, with the ability to write for different platforms and formats. Open mindset toward AI tools and technology, with a willingness to explore how they can enhance creativity and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal Dutch language skills, with strong English communication abilities. Knowledge of French is a plus. Being stationed in Belgium.
