Cloud, hosting and infrastructure transformation programs
Work in close collaboration with the program sponsor and senior Business, Technology, Finance, Risk and Security stakeholders, ensuring scope, benefits, schedule, budget and risks are managed rigorously, with a strong focus on delivery quality and long‑term value.
Lead the program team in a matrix organisation and play a crucial role in crafting and maintaining focus, transparency, passion, and momentum, while building strong business relationships and trust among your partners.
Identify where formal (authority) and informal (influence) direction is required. Apply the program management methodology used at our client, contributing to the development of strong program management practices within the organization and to the continuous improvement of client’s program management maturity.
Manage a wide range of program dimensions including planning, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and change adoption, defining clear strategies and execution plans for each.
Get broad exposure to senior management across the organization, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to the success of the organisation.
Proven successful experience of 10+ years in program or project management, including leading large‑scale technology or transformation programs in complex organisations.
Demonstrated experience in major IT or technology‑driven initiatives (e.g. infrastructure transformations, platform migrations, rehosting, data centre or cloud‑related programmes) is a strong asset.
Project or program management certification is a plus.
Leadership : able to build an effective team and drive it to achieve long term results, promote the co-workers’ engagement and empower them to perform required tasks and to achieve program objectives, can manage conflicting priorities and cope with high degree of uncertainty.
You steer working groups, and you demonstrate strong capacity to manage a large variety of customers.
Change Management : understand the importance to manage the change to reach the objectives and have experience with change management methodology.
