To support the continued growth of our Accounts team, we are recruiting a Shop Visit Support Officer whose responsibilities include: - Prepare and provide administrative support for jet engine shop visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust. - Collect and coordinate information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases. Your role: Customer Communication - Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits. - Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits. Administrative Case Management - Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets. - Compile, archive, and share repair records. - Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports. ERP & Logistics - Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms. - Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs. But what else?
