About the Project

We are revolutionizing how companies design, manage, and communicate their variable compensation plans. Our SaaS platform helps sales teams better understand how to earn more—and helps companies activate their full sales potential.

We work with mid-sized and large companies that have complex sales structures and teams with a high business impact. Now, we want to expand our sales team to keep growing even faster.


Your Mission

As the Head of Product, you will own and execute our product vision and strategy. Initially, you will be the first product hire, acting as an individual contributor while laying the foundation for a future product team. You will work closely with engineering, design, and the co-founders. Your data-driven mindset, customer empathy, and market intuition will ensure our platform continues to deliver measurable value to customers.


What You’ll Do

* With a hands-on approach, own the complete product lifecycle: market research, user discovery, roadmapping, feature development, launch, and iteration.
* Build and eventually lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and designers as the company grows.
* Prioritize the product backlog dynamically based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends.
* Align closely with the founders to report on product performance, market fit, and next-step opportunities.
* Contribute to fostering our analytical, practical and user-centric decision-making culture.


Is This You?

* 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with B2B SaaS products.
* Demonstrated record of delivering successful SaaS products to market and scaling them across customer segments.
* Analytical mindset; skilled in translating quantitative and qualitative data into insights and strategy.
* Customer-obsessed, with a consultative approach to problem-solving and solution design.
* Comfort navigating a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
* Technical proficiency: able to bridge business, design, and engineering worlds effectively.
* Fluent Spanish and English (C1). Fluent English speakers with conversational Spanish are also welcome.
* Experience in the compensation or sales incentive space is a plus.
