About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to HR programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop and execute the human capital strategy in partnership with business leaders.
3. Leverage industry best practices to drive continuous improvement across HR practices.
4. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to inform business decisions.
5. Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and recruiting.
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives.
* Proven track record of leadership in shaping organizational culture and driving transformative change.
* Strong understanding of the business and industry.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results.
* Ability to guide and coach stakeholders, manage interactions, and provide service-oriented support.
* Fluency in Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience in B2B or Enterprise Software environments.
* Previous experience as a people manager and driving organizational development initiatives.
