The Account Manager - Watch industry will have the following responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong,long‑lasting relationships with distribution partners in order to maximize sales performance and enhance brand visibility across the network.
* Monitor, analyze sales results and KPIs to identify opportunities, close performance gaps, and strengthen sell‑out dynamics during key commercial periods.
* Conduct in‑depth analytical reviews of market trends, competition, and overall business performance to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making.
* Demonstrate strong administrative and operational rigor by managing CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, following up on assortments, stock levels, orders, pricing updates, and reporting requirements.
* Bring strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine passion for watches, deep product knowledge, and the ability to translate technical features into compelling storytelling and sales arguments.
* Drive commercial momentum throughout the year by supporting partners, ensuring excellence in execution, and reinforcing the brand's presence in strategic locations.
o At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
o Strong knowledge of, or genuine and demonstrable affinity for, the watch industry - this is an essential requirement.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o A solid analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, KPIs, market insights and translating them into actionable recommendations.
o Full professional fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory.
