As a Clinical Specialist for Perfusion Devices, you’ll play a key role in supporting hospitals and clinicians across Northern Europe, providing expert clinical training, driving product adoption, and supporting sales and marketing activities. This role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with commercial acumen, while representing cutting-edge technology that transforms patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiac surgery teams and hospital stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and adoption of perfusion solutions.
* Conduct clinical training and simulation sessions for customers at experience centres and on-site.
* Support customer installations, ensuring systems are set up according to specifications and users are fully trained.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches, clinical initiatives, and conference participation.
* Provide expert clinical feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
* Manage administrative tasks including activity reports, forecasts, and expense submissions efficiently.
About You
* Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in a relevant field.
* Qualified Perfusionist, ECMO Nurse, or clinician with at least 3 years’ ICU and/or OR experience.
* Proven success in a fast-paced sales or clinical support environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly motivated and adaptable, with strong organisational abilities.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Europe.
* Can be based in the UK, Netherlands or Belgium.
