Your Role
As the Contract Logistics Site Quality Team Leader in Hermalle-sous-Argenteau, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations. You will lead a team of quality professionals, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your fluency in French and English will be essential for effective communication across local and international teams.
Your Responsibilities
1. Implement and promote a strong quality culture across the site
2. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
3. Lead internal audits and support external inspections and certifications
4. Monitor and report on quality KPIs and performance metrics
5. Coordinate quality-related communication and training across departments
6. Manage CAPA processes and drive root cause analysis
7. Support new customer implementations and project quality complianceBe the key contact person for the customers on quality
8. Coach and develop the site quality team, fostering a collaborative environment
Your Skills and Experiences
9. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
11. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in logistics or pharma
12. Strong knowledge of QMS standards (., ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, …)
13. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams,
14. Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
15. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, Experience with audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement processes
16. Dutch nice to have
