How you create impact
Bring Improvement Techniques to Life: You know the power of visual management and structured routines—now it’s time to implement and sustain tools like SQCDEP boards, 5S, Process Control Boards, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and more. These aren’t just buzzwords to you—they’re practical ways to boost performance.
Be the Coach (Not the Drill Sergeant): You’ve been in the shoes of operators and team leads, so you know how to connect. You’ll train and guide our teams in using Lean and continuous improvement techniques in a way that’s relatable and actionable.
Project Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues from operations, supply chain, and other functions to deliver meaningful improvement projects. Your hands-on approach and credibility from the field will help get things done.
Encourage an Improvement Culture: You know change doesn’t come from a slide deck—it comes from building a culture where everyone sees improvement as part of their role. You’ll help make that culture a reality.
Support the Management Team: With your operational insights and influencing skills, you’ll support leaders in adopting Lean Thinking and building their own capabilities. You speak their language—and help them speak the language of continuous improvement.
Lead and Deliver: Take ownership of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects and coach others on their DMAIC journeys. You’ll make sure our improvements aren’t just nice ideas—they drive real impact on the P&L. (Don’t worry—we’ll support and train you to the necessary tools & technics)
Balance the Basics and the Big Picture: Whether it’s getting the 5S right or guiding a multi-month process redesign, you’re comfortable moving between tactical and strategic work.
What we would like you to bring
Operational Know-How: You’ve spent minimum 2 years in the thick of operations—ideally in fast-paced environments like supply chain, logistics, or retail. You’ve seen chaos and found ways to bring clarity.
Lean Six Sigma in Action: You’ve rolled up your sleeves and implemented Lean tools and continuous improvement projects. You might not be an expert and not know every tool in the book, but you’ve made real improvements where it counts.
Practical Coaching Skills: You combine empathy with accountability. You help teams understand why things matter and hold them to their commitments. You’re equally comfortable on the floor with operators and in meetings with leadership—and you know how to adjust your approach accordingly.
Think AND Do: Analysis is important, but action is where change happens. You enjoy solving problems, testing ideas, and seeing results in the real world.
Language Skills: You can communicate clearly in English and French or Dutch. That’s a big plus—because good communication is at the heart of good improvement work.
