Boatsters Black is a next-generation superyacht company operating globally across yacht sales, charter, and yacht management. As the company continues to grow its international presence, we are looking for a PR and Events Manager to lead our communications visibility and industry engagement.
This role sits at the heart of our brand storytelling, responsible for shaping how Boatsters Black is perceived across media, events, and strategic partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations
* Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with company objectives and key milestones
* Manage relationships with international media, journalists, editors, and industry platforms
* Coordinate press releases, interviews, features, and media placements across yachting, luxury, and business press
* Work closely with internal teams to identify strong stories around sales, new builds, fleet additions, innovation, and events
* Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external communications
Events and Industry Presence
* Plan, coordinate, and execute Boatsters Black’s participation at major international yacht shows and industry events
* Organize private client events, partner activations, press gatherings, and bespoke brand experiences
* Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, suppliers, and on-site execution
* Coordinate guest lists, invitations, follow-ups, and post-event communications
* Represent Boatsters Black professionally during events when required
Brand and Partnerships
* Support strategic collaborations with shipyards, designers, partners, and luxury brands
* Align PR and events with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure maximum impact
* Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and positioning globally
Profile We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in PR, communications, or events management, ideally within yachting, luxury, lifestyle, or related industries
* Strong international media network and understanding of editorial processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident, polished, and able to represent the brand at high-level events
* Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
